Key Highlights of the Upgrade
RO System Upgrade
• Replacement of the existing RO membranes
• Installation of a 150L anti-scalant dosing tank
• Enable flow rate control and monitoring by installing flow meters and control valves
RO CIP System Installation
• New dedicated RO Clean-in-Place (CIP) system
• Flow bin, ancillary piping, valves and associated equipment
Full Control & Monitoring
• Integration of a PLC and HMI
• Upgraded control logic for improved system operation
• HMI-based monitoring, providing operators with greater visibility and control of the RO process
Engineering & Installation
The project included the engineering, supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the upgraded equipment, ensuring the existing RO system could operate with improved functionality, remote monitoring and control and ease of maintenance.
